  • What is the procedure on a Warranty Claim?

    We will return the item to the manufacturer if necessary. There can be delays if reports have to be written.

    Any replacement parts provided before this report will be invoiced, a credit note will then be issued if a warranty claim is successful.

    We will work with you on all warranty claims to achieve the least disruption possible.

  • How do I return an item which is under warranty?

    Please contact the office on 01606 861809 or email your sales contact person as soon as problem is noted.

    Our warranty on all parts is the same as offered by the manufacturer.

    Goods must be returned to CSS at Purchasers cost for all warranty claims.

  • Can I amend my order?

    Please contact your sales rep at CSS or contact the office on 01606 861809, or email sales@chemicalsupport.co.uk.

    For stock items we will refund less 15% restocking charges and any carriage costs.  Other items would be dealt with on its on mertis and we would work with you to achieve  the most favourable outcome.

  • Can I cancel or amend my order?

    Please contact the sales office 0n 01606 861809 or email the sales contact you have been dealing with.

    For goods held on stock, providing your order has not been processed we will accept cancellations and amendments. For items especially ordered in or bespoke goods we will work with you to see if cancellation or amendment is possible.

    Any costs incurred by CSS Ltd would  be passed on.
