If my order does not arrive or is damaged what should we do?
Contact the office on 01606 861809, or email in to sales@chemicalsupport.co.uk as soon as possible.
Please note that any package must be signed for as “UNCHECKED” if you are not inspecting the goods before signing for. Do not sign the box against “received in good condition” as this waivers any right to claim for damage.
How can I check the progress of my shipment?
If you have provided an email address, you should be notified that your parcel has been despatched with the tracking reference.

Do you provide proof of delivery
Yes, we can provide this on request. Please note most of our small orders are delivered via Parcel Force. Proof of delivery cannot be obtained after 3 months from despatch date.
