  • What Hours are we open for Business?

    We open for trading from 08.30 until 5pm (1700 hrs) Monday to Thursday and 8.30pm until 3.00pm (1500 hrs) on a Friday.

    Please note we do not open on UK Bank Holidays.

    Our Christmas shutdown will be from 12.00 noon 24th December and re-open Monday 4th January 2016

  • What is the longest length of double wall tubing?

    PTFE is double walled by the meter.

    The longest length with a continuous inner is 100mtr.

    We can do up to 130 meters with a coninuous inner and outer join in 12/9, 8/5 and 6/4.  All other sizes would have an inner an outer join.

    For Double Walled MDPE we can do as above but will only  double wall in 30, 50 and 100mtr coils or 130 mtr.  Again only continuous inner in 12/9, 8/5 or 6/4.

    We can double wall in  MDPE Alkathene, please contact the office for details.

     

     

  • What is the Longest length of MDPE?

    We stock 12/9 MDPE on 375 meter drums.

    6/4 and 8/5 on 500mtr drums.

    All other lenghts maximum of 100mtrs.

    MDPE is sold in 30mtr, 50mtr or 100mtr coils only

  • What is the procedure on a Warranty Claim?

    We will return the item to the manufacturer if necessary. There can be delays if reports have to be written.

    Any replacement parts provided before this report will be invoiced, a credit note will then be issued if a warranty claim is successful.

    We will work with you on all warranty claims to achieve the least disruption possible.

  • How do I return an item which is under warranty?

    Please contact the office on 01606 861809 or email your sales contact person as soon as problem is noted.

    Our warranty on all parts is the same as offered by the manufacturer.

    Goods must be returned to CSS at Purchasers cost for all warranty claims.

  • Can I set up a credit account?

    Yes.  First orders on carried out on a pro-forma basis.

    Please contact our account department on 01606 861809 or email debbie.murphy@chemicalsupport.co.uk to request a credit application form.  Acceptance will be subject to credit checks and acceptance of our payment terms. Our standard payment terms are 30 days.

  • Can I order over the phone?

    Yes, you can  pay by phoning 01606 861809 and ask to speak to a member of the sales team.

    We do prefer orders via email, but will accept phone orders where this is not possible.

    All project work and bespoke items must be ordered on an official company Purchase Order.

  • If there is an issue with items in my order, how can you help?

    Please contact our sales team on 01606 861809 or email sales@chemicalsupport.co.uk as soon as possible.  We will arrange either a refund or replacement part.

  • Can I amend my order?

    Please contact your sales rep at CSS or contact the office on 01606 861809, or email sales@chemicalsupport.co.uk.

    For stock items we will refund less 15% restocking charges and any carriage costs.  Other items would be dealt with on its on mertis and we would work with you to achieve  the most favourable outcome.

  • Can I cancel or amend my order?

    Please contact the sales office 0n 01606 861809 or email the sales contact you have been dealing with.

    For goods held on stock, providing your order has not been processed we will accept cancellations and amendments. For items especially ordered in or bespoke goods we will work with you to see if cancellation or amendment is possible.

    Any costs incurred by CSS Ltd would  be passed on.
