CSS has been established for 30 years as a UK based Electrical & Mechanical Engineering Company.
We undertake work in most areas of electrical and mechanical engineering. Our specialist knowledge and expertise however is as major suppliers of chemical dosing equipment throughout a wide variety of industries located in the UK and worldwide.
Our equipment can be seen in most blue chip companies in the Paper Industry, Petrochemical, Power, Automotive, Food and Pharmaceutical Industries.

Next Day Service...
As well as major suppliers of chemical dosing systems, we also operate a next day delivery service on equipment spares, including tubing, ranging from PTFE tubing, LDPE, MDPE and PVC braided hose to dosing tanks, bunds,spill containment, calibration cylinders and an extensive range of PVC, PVDF, Polypropylene and Stainless Steel fittings. Our standard dosing tanks range from 60 litres to 5000 litres, with larger sizes available on request. Bunds and spill containment are available to suit. Imperial and metric sizes of natural PTFE tubing is available by the metre with continuous lengths up to 500 metres. We will double wall PTFE and other tubing up to approx 120mtrs. We are a stockist of PTFE, LDPE, MDPE tubing and pvc braided hose. Large stocks of dosing tanks, static tanks, bunds, spill containment and calibration cylinders are also held for next day deliveries. JACO, PVDF and pVC fittings are also held on stock.
Bespoke Design & Engineering
CSS is established in water treatment systems, chemical dosing systems, chemical treatment systems, boiler dosing systems, cooling tower and effulent water treatment systems.
We operate a quality system tailored to our and our customers needs.
Our purpose built Engineering Office is equipped with the latest equipment/software to produce detailed drawings & instruction manuals. We can provide technical and quality documentation to specific customer requirements as necessary.
We have a team of mechanical and electrical Engineers, capable of assessing requirements on customer sites, through to installation and commissioning of specialist computer monitoring equipment.
Our mechanical fabrication and assembly department can manufacture equipment using a wide variety of materials, including stainless steel, polypropylene, PVC, PVDF and other specialist materials. We have vast experience in piping systems in solvent weld uPVC fusion weld polypropylene, stainless steel seamless tubing and stainless steel welded pipe work. All units are pressure tested, function tested. All units are supplied with CE certification.
Our Installation and Service Engineers are Safety Passport (CCNSG) trained and work under project Engineer supervision to ensure a quality installation in line with customer requirements.
